This place is WONDERFUL! Could not recommend it more highly! We moved from San Francisco to Hayesville over the summer, and we were nervous about the kind of care & support we’d be able to find for our daughter who is developmentally delayed in a few areas. She had been receiving speech and occupational therapies through a private clinic back in SF, in addition to speech + other services in her public pre-K, and we worried that we would not be able to find the same quality of therapies in such a rural area. The pediatrician we had transferred to in Murphy referred us to Kids in Stride, so we took the leap & had her begin both speech and occupational therapies there. Three months on, we could not be happier! Our daughter is always so excited to go to therapy, she LOVES speech and OT and we have seen her progress and thrive so much in such a short time. Every single person I have come in contact with there, from the wonderful therapists to the admin such a sweetheart & So helpful & communicative!, to Elizabeth, the founder, has been nothing but kind, passionate about what they do, enthusiastic about helping each kid in their care & excited to include the parents in on the process. I am so grateful we found this place for our daughter & thankful that this area has such an incredible support system for kids & families who need a little extra help!
